Terms of Service

These Terms govern your use of the PSIP platform at psip.co.uk (the "Service"), operated by BN Solutions Limited (trading as PSIP), a company registered in Scotland under company number SC318654, whose registered office is at 14-15 Main Street, Longniddry, Scotland, EH32 0NF ("PSIP", "we", "us", "our").
1. Acceptance of terms
By accessing or using the Service you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
2. The service
PSIP provides a subscription-based platform aggregating publicly available UK government tender data from Find a Tender, Contracts Finder, Public Contracts Scotland, Sell2Wales and eTendersNI.
3. Accounts
You must provide accurate registration information. Accounts are for the named individual or organisation only and may not be shared or resold. You must be 18 or older.
4. Subscriptions and billing
Subscriptions are billed monthly or annually in advance, by card through our payment provider, Stripe. All prices are in GBP and exclude VAT, which is added at the rate in force. Your subscription renews automatically at the end of each billing period until you cancel. For an annual subscription charged to a saved card, we email you about 30 days and again about 7 days before each renewal, with the amount and the date.
5. Free trial
The Growth plan includes a 14-day free trial, with no card needed, and one free trial per email address. If you do not add a card, the trial ends without any charge. If you add a card during the trial, it is charged when the trial ends unless you cancel first: we show you the date when you add the card, and we normally email you 7 days before the charge, with the amount.
6. Cancelling
You can cancel at any time in Account settings, without giving a reason. Your subscription then ends at the end of the current billing period (during a trial, at the trial's end): you keep access until then and you are not charged again, and you can change your mind at any time before it ends. If a payment is overdue when you cancel, the subscription ends straight away and no further payment is taken automatically. We confirm each cancellation by email.
7. Failed payments
If a payment fails, we email you and retry it automatically for up to two weeks. Your access continues for 10 days after the first failed payment; after that it is paused until the payment is made. If our last automatic attempt fails, your subscription ends, and we do not try to take that payment again. Until then, you can pay the overdue invoice from the link in our email, or update your card in Account settings.
8. Refunds
Fees are paid in advance and are not refundable for part of a billing period, except where the law requires. If we end the Service, or materially reduce it, through no fault of yours, we refund the unused part of any fee you have paid.
9. Your data when a subscription ends
When your subscription ends, your account, saved searches and settings are kept, so you can pick up where you left off if you subscribe again. You can download or delete your data at any time at psip.co.uk/account. Deleting your account cancels any subscription immediately and permanently deletes your data, as our Privacy Notice describes.
10. Acceptable use
You may not: resell or sub-licence access; scrape or bulk-download tender data; use the Service for unlawful purposes; attempt to circumvent access controls. When using the AI Procurement Analyst, you must not submit personal data about other individuals or confidential third-party information.
11. Data accuracy
Tender data is sourced from official government APIs and updated daily. We cannot guarantee all data is complete or error-free. Always verify opportunities directly with the relevant procurement portal before bidding.
12. AI features
AI features — including relevance scoring and the AI Procurement Analyst — are indicative only and do not constitute professional, legal, or procurement advice. The Analyst generates answers from published tender data and may produce incomplete or inaccurate results; you must verify any information before relying on it. You are responsible for assessing the suitability of any tender opportunity.
13. Limitation of liability
BN Solutions Limited's liability for any claim is limited to subscription fees paid in the 12 months preceding the claim. We are not liable for missed tender opportunities, bid failures, or business losses.
14. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Scotland. Disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Scottish courts.
