CCS Framework Tracker

Monitor Crown Commercial Service frameworks — expiry dates, competition windows, and call-off opportunities. Never miss a framework application window again.

Framework appointments are often the fastest route to recurring public sector revenue. Missing a competition window means waiting years for the next one.

How to use framework tracking

1
Identify target frameworks
Use the PSIP framework tracker to find frameworks relevant to your services. Filter by category, buyer type, or framework name.
2
Set competition window alerts
Add the framework name as a keyword alert. When CCS publishes a new competition window on Find a Tender, you are notified immediately.
3
Monitor for call-offs
If already on a framework, use CPV code alerts to monitor for mini-competitions and call-offs in your lots.
4
Track expiry dates
Check when your current framework appointments expire and plan your reapplication well in advance.

Why frameworks matter

Getting on a CCS framework gives buyers the ability to call off your services without running a full tender. One framework appointment can generate recurring revenue across multiple public sector organisations for 3-4 years.

Frequently asked questions

What CCS frameworks does PSIP track?

PSIP tracks all active Crown Commercial Service frameworks including G-Cloud, Digital Outcomes and Specialists, Management Consultancy, Facilities Management and Security Services, and many others. Framework data includes the framework name, reference number, lot structure, and expiry date.

How does PSIP alert me when a framework competition opens?

Set up a PSIP keyword alert for the framework name or reference number (e.g. "G-Cloud" or "RM1557"). When CCS publishes a competition notice on Find a Tender, you will be notified immediately — giving you the full competition window to prepare your application.

Can I filter tenders by CCS framework?

Yes. PSIP's CCS framework filter lets you search for call-off opportunities issued under specific frameworks. This is particularly useful for suppliers already on frameworks who want to monitor for mini-competitions in their lots.

Does PSIP cover Scottish and Welsh frameworks?

PSIP tracks CCS frameworks (available UK-wide) plus Scottish frameworks from Scotland Excel and APUC, and Welsh frameworks. Framework coverage is updated as new competitions are published on the procurement portals.

How do I know when a framework is about to expire?

PSIP shows expiry dates for tracked frameworks. When a framework is approaching expiry, CCS typically publishes a successor framework competition — your PSIP alert for the framework name will notify you when this happens.
