Yes. On an opportunity, PSIP shows the incumbent supplier and their payment history — how much they have been paid, over how many payments, and the recent monthly run-rate — so you can gauge the size of the contract and the incumbent's position before you decide to bid.
Where does PSIP's spend data come from?
From the buyers themselves. UK public bodies are required to publish their spending, and PSIP ingests those official publications, normalises the inconsistent formats, and matches suppliers against the Companies House register. Every figure traces back to a source publication under the Open Government Licence — nothing is estimated or invented.
